Awkward Workout!

12.8.12

I tried to meet my 13 minute mile goal yesterday, and failed by nearly 2 minutes. I am not good at running with any sort of speed.

What I CAN do, however, is run slowly for a long time.

I worked out today:
3 mile run (54 minutes)

Yay goal! Boo blisters.
